When the inspector came in and told me I needed it, I didn't know who to call where to turn so I started with Google. Stumbled upon UTS group and a few other companies. UTS group wasn't necessarily cheapest one but by talking to them they sold me on experience and knowledge, I decided to give them a try. They came in at the last minute did an amazing job and most of all the educational presentation how to use the system after it installed. Easily one of the best companies I’ve worked with. They installed a Fob system for our shared office space over a year ago. Their customer service is outstanding and the owner is very caring for their clients. They will not leave the job until you’re satisfied. They respond to calls, and are quick to resolve any issues you may have with your system. This is a company that I count on and will work with again in the future.

Contracted with UTS Group for our security cameras and door hardware installation. The team arrived on site, made suggestions on how to make the system work better. Well let me tell you these guys know how to take care of their clients. They took my needs seriously and made sure they get it right. I had an automatic door opener installed by UTS and given the current that was coming through the hall way my door at time would not close properly. I called UTS to let them know and I’m no time they were replacing my opener and made sure the door was working as it should be. The service from the start was A1. Our family has used UTS Group in the past to install an automated door for accessibility purposes. We needed another one installed along with a lock system. Leah worked tirelessly to come up with a suitable solution that fit our needs and our budget. Gabriel and Ben came to do the actual install and they were great. Can't say enough good things about this company. As a new business owner, I am so glad that we chose to work with UTS to set up our security system. Everything is working well, I always get a response from the owner or staff member right away if I need assistance with anything. Definitely worth every penny working with UTS Group. I own a cannabis shop, but I can imagine there are a number of businesse/industries that would benefit from the level of service that UTS provides.

Amazing, its not often you get service like this. I called UTS for an emergency repair and they came the same day! Once they arrived, I hit them with so many other issues I was putting off and they were able to fix them all. The best part was the were so reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
