Luke was on time, professional, and very nice. I asked a ton of questions and he answered them all. I loved watching all the ash falling out of the chimney while he was cleaning it. He even cleaned the doors and around the fireplace! The video inspection is very thorough and he explained what he was seeing. He went in the attic and on the roof to inspect everything. Now I can rest easy knowing we will not have a chimney fire! The inspection report he sent was very detailed and included pictures.

We were having a small leak and decided to have them go ahead and clean the chimney as well. They found the problem and fixed it, no extra charge. Very friendly and informative. Will use again.

My clothes now dry in a third of the time and I feel safer now that all of that flammable material is out of my dryer and vent. I would definitely recommend that everyone have this service done by this company.

Austin was great. He was courteous, professional and explained in detail what he was going to do. He did a really good job cleaning the dryer vent and interior of the dryer. I am definitely going to use Young’s Chimney Service on a yearly basis.
